(Muhammad) 47 : 34
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَصَدُّوا عَنْ سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ثُمَّ مَاتُوا وَهُمْ كُفَّارٌ فَلَنْ يَغْفِرَ اللَّهُ لَهُمْ
Indeed, those who disbelieved, obstructed the path of Allah, and then died as disbelievers—Allah will never forgive them.
As stated in verses 83: 34 and 36, the Arabic Qur’an Reading Fujjar are Kuffar whose Ledger is in Sijjeen of Hell. Having lost the aim of life and neglected the soul, they neither utilize Adhikr—the Ticket to Paradise—nor give It to others for utilising. Thus, they ruin themselves without realizing it as explained in verse 6: 26. Upon them are the wrath and curse of Allah, and Hellfire is prepared as an evil abode, as explained in verse 48: 6.
